A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of total booking value is required at the time of booking. Confirmation of the reservations will be issued on receipt / Charge of the Booking Deposit. The Balance will be debited from your credit card 6 weeks prior to arrival. Should the booking be made within 6 weeks of arrival full payment will be debited immediately?
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
6 weeks before date of arrival 60% of the entire stay will be charged
4 weeks before date of arrival 80% of entire stay will be charged
3 week or less before date of arrival 90% of total stay will be charged.
Credit Cards, We accept Master Card or Visa, or Debit/ Laser Cards.
Reservations are only confirmed when we either charge or receive the booking Deposit, until this happens it is possible for other parties to reserve the house for the same period, and we cannot be held liable if this happens
You can only use one special offer / deal per reservation, so pick the one that offers the best value.
Utilities ( Heating & Electricity ) charges are not included in this price, and are based on consumption, so you only pay for what you use. If you need advise as to charge click Here
Requests for Cots and High Chairs or special requirements must be made in the online form, which you are about to fill in, in the next step for reserving your Holiday Home, if you do not advise us of your requirements before arrival, the we cannot guarantee, that the Item will be in the house when you arrive, you can then collect the Item required when you collect the Keys, if we have the Item available
We are not responsible for the loss of any valuables or property either during your stay or after departure.
We have the right to enter the property at any time if so desired if it is felt that the property is not being kept in a reasonable manner, or the occupants of the property are causing a nuisance to other neighboring properties, the right to inspect is enforceable at all times, and if we call to the house, and none of the occupants are present or do not open the door, then the right to inspect if enforceable immediately.
The number of people designated in the original Reservation, must not be exceeded, without contacting us. If the number of occupants in the property exceeds the number of occupants requested when booking the property in question, we have the right to cancel without warning, and when you have been requested to remove the occupants from the property immediately, no refund shall be given in these circumstances, and no refund shall be sought, as the occupants give up this right if the number of occupants exceeds the number of people the property was booked for in the first place.
Should guests behave in a disruptive manner, cause damage to property or indulge in any other behavior deemed to be unreasonable by management the rental may be terminated without refund. If there is damage caused to the property or the items in the property during your stay you will be liable for the cost of repair of the damaged item or replacement of an item that cannot be fixed. If something is broken or damaged when you enter the property please advise us straight away so as we can replace the item as soon as possible.
Complaints should be notified immediately to us immediately to give us the opportunity to deal with them as soon as possible to this phone number 087 2439304, or where you collected the Keys.
On leaving the property we would expect the following to be done,
1 All Laundry and Linen that has been used, shall be placed in one of the Bathrooms
2 All Rubbish that is left by the group shall be placed outside the rare of the property
3 All Plates, Pots & Pans etc shall be washed and placed back in the same place
4 That the Meters are read and you leave the correct amount to cover the cost of the Utilities which you have used is left in the Envelope along with the Utilities form
5 The house should be returned in a reasonable state
6 Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning charges, with a minimum being €30.00 for failure to do any of the above
The person who gives their Credit Card details for payment for the Holiday Home, will be responsible for any charges for breakages or Damages, or Charges for leaving the House in an unsatisfactory manner. We will charge that persons card, and it is agreed that the is agreed that person agrees with this charge being made on their credit card.
Possession of your rental property should be taken between 16.00hrs and 23.00hrs and the property vacated before 10.00 hrs on the morning of departure. During the winter months early check-ins/ late checkouts may be requested.
Pets are not permitted at this property, for Pet Friendly option enquire with our reservations staff by phone or by e mail

Best rate guaranteed terms and conditions
You must make the reservation through our web site at www.kenmarerentals.com via our online reservation system. Then contact us about the cheaper rate on the 3rd party web site. Once this rate is verified, we will email you to inform you that we have reduced the rate of your stay.

General terms and conditions
We only allow one special offer per reservation. Where you see various special offers, pick the one that suits your reservation most, and give you the best value / discount.
Check in / Out Times
- Check in time is any time after 16:00pm. Check out time is before 10.00 am on the morning of Departure
Legal Governance
Your booking is governed by Irish law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between Kenmare Rentals and you.
You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with Kenmare Rentals on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.
Liability
Kenmare Rentals does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site.
Kenmare Rentals does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with Kenmare Rentals web site or for any products or services purchased from Kenmare Rentals web site
Complaints
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to Kenmare Rentals in writing or by email as soon as possible.
Any complaint regarding your stay with us must be brought to our attention as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to the Kenmare Rentals in writing.
Guest behavior
You are expected to conduct yourself at all times in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the quiet enjoyment of other guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your booking and the booking of any members of your party if we (acting reasonably) deem your conduct to be in breach of this clause.
Conduct that we reasonably consider inappropriate and in breach of clause includes but is not limited to:
(a) creating an inappropriate level of noise;
(b) drunken or unruly behavior; and/or
(c) any behavior which other guests or staff find offensive in any way.
We will at all times act reasonably when making any determination
In the event that we terminate your booking , you will be required to leave your accommodation immediately. You will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.
Our obligations to you come to an end when the booking is terminated. We will have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation and we will not pay for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.
Miscellaneous
Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancelation.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
If our hotel reservation confirmations are used inappropriately as means of VISA application, an admin fee will be charged and the customer will be reported to the local authorities.
Transfer of reservation
Some time due to circumstances beyond our control, we may have to transfer a reservation to another property of the same standard as rated by the Irish Tourist Board, and at the same rate as you have booked. This may happen as a result of possibly a guest who is sick and we are unable to transfer them to facilitate your reservation. Due to this we cannot be held liable for any conformance issues in relation to your reservation. You can be totally assure that you will be transferred to a similar property in terms of standard and price within the town of kenmare.
